As a practice, we are committed to building a trusting relationship with every patient from their very first appointment. During your first exam, we will use a digital x-ray machine and an intraoral camera to gather the information needed to identify your needs and formulate a personalized treatment plan. We work hard to educate patients on their therapy options and formulate the care plans that best meet short- and long-term general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry needs.
Our Office
In addition to providing outstanding care, we want your time with us to be as comfortable as possible. With our beautiful location on the eighth hole of the Oak Harbor Gold Course, you may feel like you are at a relaxation destination. We also offer amenities such as massage chairs, TVs, wireless Internet, and headphones to keep you relaxed and entertained.
When you come into the office, our team will greet you with a smile. Many of our staff members have been here for ten years or more, and can make you feel right at home. For your convenience, our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays by appointment only. For patients with serious dental emergencies, appointments are available.

A Louisiana native, Dr. Appleton grew up in Slidell and attended Louisiana State University and the University of New Orleans. In 1998, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Meet Dr. Braud
After receiving both his Bachelor of Science Degree and Doctorate of Dental Surgery(D.D.S.) from Louisiana State University, Dr. Christopher Braud, born and raised in Slidell, has returned home to practice dentistry. Dr. Braud is completely dedicated to improving his patient’s oral health, function, and esthetics while maintaining a comfortable environment. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Lake Pontchartrain Study Club. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, spending time with his family, and attending LSU sporting events.
